The Basics
Limoncello has 4 ingredients. Amalfi lemons, BWT-filtered water, crystal sugar, pure organic grain alcohol. Nothing more needed.
Our lemons come from Amalfi and Sorrento. Unsprayed, sun-drenched, hand-picked, with peels bursting with essential oils. Over 300 grams per litre. You can taste it.
Most limoncellos contain 300 to 350 grams of sugar per litre. We deliberately stay below: less than 250 grams. Less sugar, more lemon. You taste the difference.
Water makes up a large part of limoncello. Most producers pay no attention to it. We do. Our water is filtered by BWT and enriched with magnesium. The result: a softer, rounder taste.
Pure organic grain alcohol at 99.9%. 31% vol. The foundation everything rests on.
